This is probably our last bottling day before we take a break for the holiday season. That's my plum wine in the flip top bottles and the rest are 22-ounce bottles of mead. The red caps have Morcant's cherry melomel in them and the gold caps have a pumpkin spice methelglin for want of a better term, that we kind of collaborated on. It started as a pumpkin melomel, but we added warming spices to in the secondary ferment.
